“Psychology of Women and Positive Thinking” is the title of the lecture organized last night in the premises of the NGO “Fit Woman Montenegro”, to meet the International Women’s Day. Lecturer – Psychological Advisor Lara Mina Turkel responded to numerous questions of the participants and explained professionally what positive and negative thinking means, why it is important to believe in our own success, and how positive attitude affects the overcoming of life obstacles.-When we are not in the mood the different changes that are taking place in our organism, positive thinking is exactly what can contribute to making us feel better, happier and more motivated. “- Turkel explained. According to the results of numerous studies, affirmatively spaced messages positively affect our brains, contribute to making us feel better, and to be more useful and creative. Turkel spoke of the need to recognize negative thinking, that is, avoid focusing exclusively on negative events and scenarios . In addition, negative thinking involves a polarized view of the world around us, which defines everything either as an absolute success or a complete failure, with no account being taken of the fact that there is always a middle between the two extremes.President of the NGO “Fit Woman Montenegro” is satisfied the response of women. – The presentation was interesting and instructive.
